About our villas

Hidden in one of these forests is a cluster of 3 villas, each ideal for 4 to 6 people and each also with their own swimming pools. These little gems are the perfect retreat for a quiet and relaxing holiday either alone with your family or for separate families and friends travelling together. The villas of Agrapidia, Agrambeli and Koumaria offer an exquisite sea view and the tranquility of timeless olive groves and vines surrounding them.

The owners have taken special care of their 3 properties and with a keen eye for interior design, considerable thought and care invested in the colour schemes, the choice of ornaments, fabrics and various decorative touches. Contemporary fittings and furnishings have been selected to complement older craftsman-made pieces of family furniture.

What is most important, however, is the privacy the villas offer to its guests since they are located in one of the most peaceful areas of Ithaca. A perfect way to spend an undisturbed holiday in the island of Ithaca.

Close by, accessed by vehicle, you have Vathi the capital only five minutes away by car along a quiet country road directly to the main square on the waterfront. On the same road you can meander up the hillside and up to the plateau above to take in one of the most far-reaching views of Ithaca Island.

If you are a fan of history and poetry, specifically Homer’s Odyssey, many of the sites mentioned in the epic poem can be explored as day trips perhaps with picnics, with food purchased at any one of the local taverns – Some suggestions are Afrodite’s Spring, the Cave of Eumaios, and the spectacular Korakas crag (Crow crag). Drivable part of the way, another lane nearby, leads to the very quiet and picturesque Caminia beach.

Ideal for…

This little corner of Ithaca is an ideal place for families, or even small groups who wish to stay in separate villas but still be together maintaining their privacy. It is also ideal for couples offering abundant space, epic views and a romantic and traditional Greek countryside atmosphere.

A few words about Ithaki & our villas

Ithaca Island in Greece is a welcome sight. Ithaki is the ancient home of Odysseus, the hero of Homer’s poetic Odyssey, who after his long ordeals and adventures felt the same way.

Ithaki as it is pronounced in Greek is a tiny fertile island covered in olive trees, cypresses and pines sprawling down to the beachfront. This is the ideal Greek island to enjoy a quiet, cool and relaxing summer.
