Villa Description

Agrapidia is a two storey house and it is the largest of the cluster of 3 villas, having 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in total.

The interior is bright and comfortable with different carefully selected colour schemes in each room, reflecting the vibrancy of tones and shades found on Ithaca Island. They make an excellent combination with the wooden ceiling. A Solid oak floor boards covers the entire house. Contemporary fittings and furnishings have been selected to complement older pieces of family furniture handmade by local craftsmen. These are carefully placed around the spaces. Comfortable Country Charm. These pieces of furniture create traditional yet comfortable areas with a modern touch. The living/dining room on the ground floor is open plan, with a well-equipped modern kitchen with refrigerator, oven, hotplates, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. The one bedroom and a bathroom are also on this ground floor.

On the first floor the other 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and all this in a 100m² area. The villa has an LCD TV, home cinema, and radio and internet connection.

At the northern side of the house, in the open plan living room, tasteful furniture are placed on an oak wooden floor with the well-designed kitchen area to one side. On this ground level there is a double bedroom with view to the sea, the house yard and swimming pool and a spacious bathroom with bathtub and a washing machine.

Agrapidia villa has a wooden staircase leading upstairs, where the remaining two bedrooms are located (one with 2 single traditional iron beds) each with equally stylish décor. Each bedroom has its own en suite bathroom with showers, spacious balcony (18^m2) with unimpeded sea and surrounding area views. These excellent facilities have air conditioning in the living area and each bedroom.

Great attention has been given to the bathroom facilities and decoration. The Ground floor bathroom has a bathtub while the other two upstairs have a shower cabin.

Exterior

The villa has a magnificent 360° view of the mountains the sea and its garden that is a pleasure to behold giving a sense of wide open freedom.

Outside, the grounds are well suited to outdoor living as they feature an impressive stone built-in barbecue, along with a choice of two dining areas, either under the shady trees or under the pergola covered terrace. Both are ideal spots from which to fully take in the grand sea view.

The swimming pool is located in the south yard and there are several sun beds for all guests while the surroundings are rich in vegetation and provide a cool atmosphere during the hot summer days.

The spacious garden has plenty of olive trees, and aromatic herbs like rosemary and lavender as well as some colour with the ever present colorful hardy geranium and other plants and trees. Perhaps the most important feature of this villa is the privacy it offers to its guests who may enjoy an undisturbed holiday in style.
