Location: Brouzi
Brouzi is the name of the area where the villas are located. It is a rural region with vines and olive groves and wide unimpeded view to the sea.
Located at the south-eastern part of the island is it at a distance of 2.5 kilometres from Vathy, 3 kilometres from its central square and 3 kilometres from Perahori village with an exceptional view to the gulf of Vathy and the Ionian Sea.

Access to Brouzi is via Vathy following an asphalt road that is without turns.
The distance from the nearest beach of Kaminia is 2.5 kilometres, it is an unorganized beach without umbrellas or sun beds but with small pebbles stretching its length and with very clean waters and very few visitors.
From this part of the island a person can admire the exceptional sunrise. Surrounding nature is rich in vegetation with rolling hills and many trees such as cypresses, holly trees, myrtles, arbutus and, of course, olives trees as well as a wide selection of aromatic shrubs.
This is a quiet area, ideal for seclusion and relaxation. It has a low altitude of just 170m. Interesting places to see close by are:
